About Me
I am an Instructor at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where I am also Core Faculty in the Center for Health Services Research in the Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research and affiliated with the Rutgers Addiction Research Center.
My research sits at the intersection of health services research and policy evaluation, applying both quantitative and qualitative methods to examine implementation, enforcement, and impact of health and social policies. Through this work, I aim to improve access to and quality of services for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and developmental disability
I hold a bachelor's degree in music therapy from the University of Evansville (Evansville, IN) and a master's of science in public health with a concentration in health policy and a PhD in health and public policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (Baltimore, MD).
